         The fee covers a copy of the congress abstract proceedings, admission to all sessions, welcome reception, banquet, lunches, coffee breaks and refreshments.

Ø  Overall Agenda

        May 19, check-in starts at 2 p.m

        May 20, plenary lectures (forenoon), session reports (afternoon), and reception buffet (evening)

        May 21, session reports (full day), cultural exchange visit (evening)

        May 22, session reports (full day), formal banquet (evening)

        May 23, leaving 

        During the conference, bussiness lunch is provided.

Ø  Payment instructions for domestic participants

l  Participants of Dalian University of Technology (DUT)

DUT participants are required to register on the conference website, fill in the corresponding form by the DUT transfer way with the participant list (see attachment 1). Submit it to Ms. Guan at Office 210 in Building A.

l  Participants from other domestic universities and institutions

Participants from other domestic universities and institutions are required to register on the conference website, pay the fee online and fill in the invoice information.

Ø  Hotel reservation for domestic participants:

The conference venue is HUANGHE STATE GUESTHOUSE OF HENAN, and the instructions for room reservation is as follows.

Ø  Payment of registration fee and hotel reservation for foreign participants

Foreign participants are required to register on the conference website. ACSMO 2024 adopts on-site payment at the hotel, including registration fee and accommodation cost. Only Visa and Master credit cards are accepted for on-site payments at the conference.

Foreign participants should submit the registration form and fill in Attachment 2-ACSMO 2024 Information of Foreign Participants and Attachment 3-ACSMO 2024 Confirmation Letter, and send them to the conference secretary (acsmo2024@dlut.edu.cn) by May 10, 2024. The conference secretary will confirm the Pre-Registration, Standard Registration and room booking according to the date of receiving the attached information.

Ø  Conference refunds

If a domestic participant is unable to attend ACSMO 2024 due to schedule conflict or other reasons, and needs refund of the registration fee, the participant is requested to contact the conference secretary (acsmo2024@dlut.edu.cn) by email before May 10, 2024. Refund requests received after this date will not be processed.

The email should include the following information:

1. Name

2. Reason for refund

3. Affiliation

4. Receive refund account number

5. Name of the account holder

6. Full name of the bank branch

7. Delegate's contact number

8. Payment information screenshot

Ø  Conference Invoice Instructions:

Domestic delegates are required to fill in invoice-related information when registering on the conference official website, and the invoice will be issued as an electronic invoice. Please pay attention to your email within one month after the conference ends to receive the invoice. If you have not received the invoice, please contact us promptly.
